Especally now that I am in my beautiful 70″s natural foods, like fresh fruits and veggies are my daily companions, providing essential vitamins and minerals. Whole grains and lean proteins are the foundation of my meals, sustaining energy levels and promoting muscle health. I enjoy the taste and aroma of simple homemade meals, avoiding processed ingredients and excessive sugars. With each bite, my goals of eating better, maintaining my weight loss process ,
